June runs the B&B while Jon manages the working farm. Our family came to Tregaddra in 1864 and our three teenage boys (Joe, Jake and Jordon) are the 6th generation of Luggs to live here. Local knowledge is our speciality (priceless for a good holiday); best places to visit , fantastic walks, good pubs, what to do if the weather is not so good, or the best surfing beaches!

We would be very grateful if you could call us prior to your arrival to let us know the expected time of your arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 10 years old.

To confirm a booking, a deposit of the first night's stay in advance or 25% of the total, whichever is the greater value, is payable on booking. For one night stay full payment is required in advance. Should the deposit not be received within five working days, we will endeavour to contact you before we re-let the room. Major credit and debit cards are accepted. Please note a 2% surcharge is made for credit card payments. There is no charge for debit cards.
Please note in the event of a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable. Alternatively, should a cancellation be necessary but if you wish to re-book at a later date, we will happily hold the deposit to be used against a future booking within a twelve month period. Guest's are reminded that once a deposit is paid, they are liable in case of late cancellation (less than three dates) to pay the total cost of the booking if we are unable to re-let the room(s). If you have cause for concern whilst you stay with us, please let us know immediately. Every effort will then be made to assist you and sort out the problem.
